30°C to +95°C (+180°C short term). Excellent bearing and wear properties. Reduced noise, weight, and wear of mating parts compared with many traditional metal bearing materials. Nylon billets with metal cores available. Internally lubricated grades often eliminate the need for external lubrication in many bearing and wear applications. Just tell us how you want it cut when you checkout in the special instructions box. Minimum width of cut is 75mm. Use a very sharp drill bit and gradually increase the size to the desired diameter, coolant and'pecking' action is essential. Build up of heat will cause the material to crack.
