HDPE high density polyethylene (PE300) has excellent impact strength, even at temperatures as low as -30ºC. Coupled with low coefficient of friction and ease of fabrication, HDPE high density polyethylene is widely used in automotive, leisure and industrial applications and is particularly suitable for the fabrication of tanks, silos, hoppers etc.

Technical data sheets available upon request, please message us for more information. Wide temperature range (+80 to -50°C). Very high surface release property. Does not absorb water and is non toxic. Very low coefficient of friction.

Conveyor parts subject to wear and requiring low friction. Components in touch with foodstuffs. Pads for transport and infrastructure. Agriculture - feeding troughs and feed bins. Flanged bushes for marine environments. CUTTING SERVICE - We offer a FREE cut-to-size service. Minimum width of cut is 75mm. We lose 3mm on each cut due to the width of the blade. Limited to 4 cuts per product. If you require a shape, more cuts or a piece less than 75mm, we will send you a quote before completing the work. We have a full Fabrication, Machining and shaping workshop!
